I didn't know that thing had a Bidet.  Maybe you ought to name it the "End Vader"

Bye Bye GTI, loved it but it was going to get me a ticket...
I love this car...
Euro spec '63, has the locking column...
2" narrowed adjustable with 145 65 15's on old painted empi wide 5's...
1600+ DP with lotsa bolt on stuff that is supposed to be rebuilt 18 months ago...
AK block with FPump block off and an electric FP.
New 34PICT3 with 019 and petronix, bolt on vented valve covers...
Adjustable coil overs on back....
New tires all around, new rag top (canvas) 6 months ago.
Original headliner inside.
Saphire 1 Bendix (not hooked up) all else 12V protected except starter, it spins fast...
LOL.
I'm Stoked!!! OEM pans in good shape, I HAVE A TITLE!!!
Only Pic I have at the moment...

Looks red-er in the pics.
It is really more like a red brown copper color...
Drove it back up from Milliageville (Macon) Ga. today...

R&M Bus will be gone on Thursday.  Pitching a deal on the '72 to the same guy... Gotta get a photo of that bug on here as well, I think these 2 put me up to 19 VW's since 2008....need to do a head count again, I use this post chain to show how many I've touched.

Querried the Samba on the vin appears to have been built in the last two weeks of August 1962.  When did VW break the model year in 1962. I know that the first 1971 super beetle rolled off the assembly line in 22 Aug 1970, so I am wondering if the model year split was around that date for all model years...
I only ask because in the 40's the big three broke the model year much later in the year....
