I never opened the sunroof, it doesn't leak and I intended to keep it that way. Since I never use it I don't mind patching over it. For the glue, we used Loctite spray adhesive professional performance. It's listed as 300 heavy adhesion. You can get it at Lowe's and it made the fabric stick REALLY well to the board.
Nice job there Guys. You shouldn't fall asleep while driving with all that busy material over your head. ;D ;D

It'll probably also freak out any drunk and/or high passengers riding with me!

Just a little bit more progress to share. Got the C pillars wrapped yesterday. It is looking amazing! The rest should be done this week.

Looks great, now should I take the blue pill or the red pill - cause this is gonna be a wild ride through the rabbit hole!

Be careful with the Blue Pill and don't ride any longer than 4 hours in that Rabbit. Watch out Russ!  Don't let Randall sit to close !! ;D ;D

I have to say that you are a brave man for taking on a interior job like that, especially with a plaid fabric which would show distortions more easily. I think it looks pretty good for a first time!

I recovered a motorcycle seat a few years back, but I used a solid black vinyl. I'm sure glad I could stretch it and not worry about distortion!

I've learned plaid is hard to work with. You need to get it to lay flat without stretching, otherwise the lines will bulge. My board wasn't in the best shape to begin with, especially where we patched the sunroof. It didn't turn out perfect, but it's good enough for a daily beater. I'm pretty happy with it!

Looks good to me. You are the only one who needs to be happy. If someone say anything not to nice about your work, just ask them why they were not at your " crib" helping you out if they thought they could do better. Remember its your Coal Truck and you can put plaid on the engine if you want to. ;D ;D

You should take the valve cover and have it painted to match!

I'll be on the look-out for carpet to match, or do you already have that?  Looks great!

Carpet is in pretty good shape, I don't think I will mess with that. Thanks!
