WRCB Share Your Christmas

WRCB will be having their annual Share Your Christmas food drive again this year on December 10th, at the First Tennessee Pavilion.

Please arrive before 6PM.

We will meet at 5:30 in the Coker Tire parking lot and cruise in together.

It might be difficult for some folks to make it that early due to work schedules.  Is it too late to see if we could do the 6:00 p.m. time like we have always done in the past?

I've missed it once since we've had a club.  That was the year my step-father died.  One way or another, I'll be there and I'll be in a VW.  I didn't see the post about the time earlier . . . that's gonn'a be tough for a lot of folks.  The later the better, but if it must be 5:10, I'll be there.

I will email her back and see, but nobody said anything to me about the time before now. Hopefully we can get it pushed back, if not I will leave work a little early and make it. I had a lot of fun last year.

Our normal meeting place the past few years has been Coker Tire's parking lot . . . but normally we're gather there a half hour after they close.  If we are going to meet there before 5, we may need to contact them and make sure it's OK . . . or meet somewhere else this year . . .

Good news, we are cleared to go on at 6PM instead of 5. She said we will be out by 6:15 so I guess we will meet in the Coker Tire lot as usual.

I have never been to this event, could somebody give me the cliffs notes version of participation, what i need to do, bring, etc.  so i don't look like even more of a lost idiot than i actually am.   :)

no coment on the last part, bring non perishable food items, can goods are the easiest
