The show is not canceled, and will continue as planned per this email we got.

Hello, I just want to be sure that your club members know that this years Bug Blast at Tannehill State Park is NOT cancelled. The local club cancelled it, which is what the website says, however a group of us, former club members are taking it over. Most of us in fact ran the show in past years and have had plans in place. In fact if you attended in the years 2005-2009, I was the young guy as you came across the bridge into the show area giving you the registration slips.
The show is still on, August 27th, at the same place. We are working on a new website for the show itself. So everyone still come on down for the same good time as in years past!
Thank you,
Adam Simpson

What does it mean when it says:

Vendor fee- $25, Swap meet-$5?

Is that $5 extra to enter the swap meet? or if you are just bringing a trunk full of parts, its $5? I guess it differentiates between business vendors and small guy vendors?

I'm not going to be bringing parts, but I just want to make sure its not two "entry" fees. Speaking of, what does it cost just to get into the park? Or is it $10/$15 and you can enter into the show if you want?

Even though I've planned on going, for one reason or another I've missed this one the past 4 or 5 years . . . I don't want to miss it again!

It's a $5 if you are selling stuff at the swap, no extra fee to just get in it.
Another thing we have decided, but it's not on the site is that if you have entered a car in the show and just have a few things to sell, there will be no extra $5 swap fee.

Hope to see many of y'all there!
