Once again, they would like to place some dignitaries in one or two of our cars.

Well were just a few days away from the EPB Mainx24 Southside Parade.  We are so glad you can join us.  Staging for the parade will be on Saturday ,Dec.4th at  Rossville Ave.,  starting at 10am.  Parade participants should check in at Chenoweth . Halligan Studios, 1800 Rossville Ave., Ste. 1.  From there you will be directed to your spot in the parade lineup.

Due to the increased size of the parade and the mile race that follows us this year it is important for us to begin the parade promptly at 11 am.  So unless you have been told otherwise (you know who you are) get there close to 10.  Both the Well Church and Atlantis Indoor Gardening will be open and have bathrooms and hot drinks available.  Our studio and Ignis Glass will be open as well.

Good places to park near the staging area would be Washington , Adams and Madison Streets which are all off Rossville.  Parking around the Jefferson Street Park also is available but please don’t park on Jefferson since that is the parade route.  There is also a small lot next to the Fire Station on Rossville Ave..  For those of you who have not participated before that’s Rossville Ave., not Rossville Blvd.. Rossville Ave. starts at Main Street next to Fire House Station #1.  The 1800 block is just 3 blocks south.

I’ll be carrying my cell phone.  The number is 423.280.0531. Call me if you need to.

See  you on Saturday.  I’m the one with the hard hat that has a Christmas Tree on top and Reindeer Horns.  I’m hard to miss.

Roger Halligan
