Well, I've been watching the weather sense 5:30 this morning. Raining like heck now and no chance for a break. For the safety of everyone, I think we should go to plan B. That would be to meet at Champy's at noon for lunch. If you want, we can have the ride on a better day. After lunch I will remove the bear targets.
Thanks,

Mike

Plan B turned out to be very good. Ride was rained out, so we went straight to Champy's at noon. We had 21 people to show up for food and fellowship. Dang good chicken too. Looking for a date to have the ride and another chance to eat.
     Thanks

Hows about we reschedule it for next saturday at the same time? The cleveland cruise in starts at noon and we could do the run and end up at their gathering...of course it depends on the direction the drive is planned for. Might be a good option and we could end up at another function

Depends on whether my car gets picked for the WOW car show. I think it's friday, saturday and sunday. If not, lets do it if ok with every one. Ride takes about 1 1/2 hours. This can be modified so we can make Cleveland Cruise-in.

Be sure to keep watch on the weather. They are now calling for snow on Saturday. it may not amount to anything but our turn out probably won't be good. We may have a few show up with bad weather, but just not positive.
Would much rather have you guys come up to a better event than one plagued by adverse weather conditions.
Give us a call before you head this way and see what's happening. We sometimes go and just hang out in the restaurant when it's cold or raining. But it really hurts our turnout with bad weather. We have members that come from Dalton, Athens and Etowah. So this sometimes prevents them from showing up.

Weather is too iffy for the polar bear run this weekend and anyway, Mike did get into the WOW show, so we'll just keep trying to find a nice weekend for it.  Don't forget, it takes Mike about 2 hours to put all the PB signs out, and another 2 to take them back down, so it might have to be one afternoon instead of a morning run.

Congrats Mike!!!!
