Stopped on 153 and helped a stranded cabrio,  bolt had fallen out of the ball joint and the wheel jacked into the fender,  he had it all back together except no bolt,  went back to the shop and got him a bolt and a few minutes later the car was gone.  Felt bad last time I saw a broken down vw I was runnin late for work and couldn't stop

I've stopped a few times before. Once there was a vanagon about 1/4 south of exit 20 in Cleveland. I stopped and the dude was in the back reading a book and said that a tow truck was on the way. He refused help so I rolled. At the October meeting, Matthew showed up kinda late and said there was a broken down bus at the split. We rolled out and met up with the guy. He ran out of oil when a sump bolt worked its way out. I offered to get him all the parts or grab the bus tow bar and yank him home. He said nah, he had a buddy on the way with more oil. I guess he got home!

I haven't had much luck in helping. Maybe one day...

I have stopped few times, but never again. I helped bunch of people but the last time I was attacked by two guys. I will start from begining, so I saw nice looking girl and she was looking for help, I stpeed and guy came from nowhere and bash me in the head. When I woke up I was sitting in my car without wallet, watch, car radio and other stuff. That's wjhy I will never stop again.
