Thx zen.  I was gonna  work on that camry last nite when the lawn tractor acted up.  Seems the carb butter fly
Screws came loose and got sucked into cyl.  Spark plug gap got squashed.  Monday evening pulled head off,  removed battered screws,  cyl looked ok.   Tractor runs again.

On camry,  yes looks like oil pan can come off.  Stay tuned

Are the spark plugs out of it?  What kind of "oil" did you pour in?  Is it locked down tight, or can you rock it back and forth a little?

If you put regular motor oil in it and put the plugs back in, it won't turn over until the oil seeps past the rings, but if it's freed up, you should be able to rock it back and forth just a little.

If you put Marvel, WD-40, PB-Blaster or something along those lines, it should have leaked down past the rings after a few days.  If the plugs are out of it and it still won't turn over, you probably need an engine.

I doubt the pistons are frozen,  you probably have a bad bearing or bent rod if it was driven without oil

Can't tell for sure, but it looks a lot like part of a rod cap.  Start looking for a replacement engine.

So it won't hold oil but you are planning on still spinning the crank? How's that gonna work for more than a minute?

will the crank get oil from the oil pan?,  plus no piston heat .   maybe add a grease fitting somehow

I'm not sure your crank bearings are any good,  plus an electric motor and batteries to push that thing 45 mph will cost more than a used car in decent shape
