No, but I've got a Jesse James bike I've been planning on putting a motor on.  I'd let that project go cheap.  I've also got a 1980 Motobecane moped with a "big bore" kit (79cc) and an aftermarket carb and exhaust.  I'm hanging on to it for now.

Zen,
Do you have a motor for the JJ bike?

No, but I've been looking around.  There are a lot of places on the internet that sell kits to motorize bikes.  Depending on what you want and how fast you want to go, it looks like it will cost between $175 and $300.  I was told that their is a kit specifically for this bike, but I haven't found one yet.

I just recently found out how to adjust my voltage regulator. I did so and now am reading about 7+ volts output instead of the "maybe 6" volts I had before. My original weak 6 volt headlights are now rated as "not so weak". I should just replace my generator with a 12 volt alternator but I like to keep things original.
I just thought I would mention this because  there isn't much posting lately and maybe someone else is battling 6 volt electrics like I am.

Mine was hard to start on a cold day. I always heard you could put an 8 volt tractor battery in the 6 volt system for higher output

If you like the look there are small 12V generators that look just like the 6V ones.  I know some early Porsche ones were 12V in a  6v housing.  There was a listing for someone that rebuilds them on the Samba.
That way you would look stock and not be as obvious.

I have heard about 8 volt batteries before and if I could get a little more voltage out of my generator it might work. My trouble was the regulator only allowed 6 volts to pass to the battery. Now I have it set to charge at about 7+ volts so after losses in the wiring I should have closer to 6 volts at the headlights. I haven't checked yet...too cold most days for me to be out tinkering.
The 12 volt generator might be an option also. Probably the better option in the long run...I am just living in the past!
Thanks for the suggestions.

For whatever it's worth, my uncle had an old Ford tractor that was 6 volt.  He put an 8 volt battery in it and adjusted the regulator to put out a little over 8 volts.  He said it worked great for years.
