Those look custom.
Go By Hobby Lobby or another craft / sewing store and look at outside grade fabrics (Sunbrella, etc). they will hold up to the heat and UV and have several color combos like that.  Then take a couple of swatches and your old seats to an upholstery shop.
You will be surprised what they can do.
