« on: September 14, 2010, 06:59:07 AM »
Went down to coker tire monday to check out a group of pre 1916 motorcycles that are riding in a group from coast to caost and are spending the night in chattanooga,  very interesting, they keep these things going even rebuilding engines on the way.  Not vw but still cool, did see maroon and black bug that i have seen on the site but not sure who owns it

I went down there too. Those things were amazing. I'll post up pictures tonight. Some were single cylinder belt drives with the rear pulley almost as big as the rear tire. One guy was changing his rear sprocket for the more flat terrain of middle and west tn.

the red and black beetle is Corky's son in law. It has been for sale for a while.
