Before VW came to Chattanooga . . . before anyone ever uttered the words Bug-A-Paluza . . . before the news folks in Chattanooga even learned to spell Volkswagen, the Scenic City Volks Folks were having shows!  I just pulled this off of a broken VHS tape.  The quality isn't that great, but at least it still exist!
